MEET FOUNDER AND OWNER, DANIELLE MOORE
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Danielle Moore began her career fresh out of high school at age 17, working full-time alongside accountants while attending college. This work experience gave her insights into what possibilities lay ahead, including inventory, collections, billing, payroll, full-cycle bookkeeping, etc. Later in her career, she worked for other accounting and bookkeeping firms, assisting them in managing their clients across several industries. During this time, she found her professional joy – working with law firms!
Moore began focusing more fully on law firms, and found the challenge brought on by the uniqueness and intricate details of law firm operations to be something she loves – in addition to working with the attorneys themselves. She found she was able to connect with them on a personal level and could often easily determine what the client needed before they knew they did.
A year before marrying her now-husband (Jacob Moore), they decided to unite their passions and launch their own business with the goal of serving law firms needing financial and human resources expertise across the nation. Today, this business is Moore Virtual Office Resources, or MVO Resources. Moore also served as the Finance and Contracts Manager as well as Corporate Controller for several Florida and Texas-based companies.
Danielle has always been ambitious – her grandmother told her at an early age that one day she would be President! In addition to co-founding and leading MVO Resources, she also dedicates her time to her family and community. She has two children – a boy and a girl, and is active with Katy Youth Football, and coaches the cheer squad for the team her husband coaches. Two months after her daughter was born, she stopped breathing without reason. Diagnosed as “aborted sudden infant death syndrome,” and also with cerebral palsy, her daughter survived and was told she would have a lifelong recovery ahead of her. This experience has led Danielle to volunteer extensively and support local and national programs related to cerebral palsy.
MVO has clients across the nation, supporting their bookkeeping, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, collections and other structural and systems consulting needs. Danielle often echo’s the adage “If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.” If you ask her, she will tell you she hasn’t worked a day since founding MVO in 2017!
Growing up, my Nana always said she would be a president. She may not be the president Nana was thinking of, but business owner and Chief Growth Officer is pretty dang up there!
